The Marcus Institute of Integrative Health is a component of Thomas Jefferson University’s Department of Integrative Medicine and Nutritional Sciences, the historic, first-ever department of its kind at a US Medical School. Visionary leaders at Jefferson have placed the importance of teaching, researching, and practicing integrative medicine on the same level as other conventional medical fields. This unique, academic department will formally prepare the next generation of doctors and healthcare professionals to meet the growing demand for evidence-based, holistic care.
