As a dietary supplement, for adults and children over 15 years of age, take 1 capsule daily, as needed, at bedtime, with a full glass of water, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Individuals who have a slow transit time will generally want to take it in the morning, while those with a fast transit time may prefer to take it in the evening.
